Responsibilities:

• Manage the production of the network’s audio shows, which are planned to include six weekly podcasts and one daily podcast by the end of 2022.
• Hire, coach, and support our team of podcast producers, junior producers, audio engineers, and researchers.
• Take promising show pitches from ideas to development.
• Pitch new podcast ideas.
• Design a playbook, standards, and systems to ensure that Lost Debate trains and supports a growing team of producers.

• Lead the development, reporting, sound designing, engineering, script writing, and editing of interview-style and narrative-style podcast episodes.

• Own the production process from start to finish on assigned projects, producing an average of two weekly shows at a time plus other shows in development.

We are a small, start-up team. That means this role includes both high level strategy and the day-to-day execution. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability and willingness to map out strategies, tactics, goals and metrics as well as handle all aspects of the management of our social media accounts.

 

Responsibilities:
Manage Lost Debate’s social media accounts (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter & Facebook).
Conceive, implement and measure targeted paid social marketing campaigns and regularly update the Lost Debate team on performance.
Execute social media publishing schedule and ensure that all posts are accurate, punctual, efficient, and on brand.
Implement marketing plans and manage sizable marketing budgets for all Lost Debate shows in order to meet campaign goals and related success metrics, including growth in monthly downloads and unique listeners and/or viewers.

3+ years of experience in social media marketing and strategy, with a proven track record in audience development.
